Aventia Marketing LTD provides various marketing services, including but not limited to:

-- Ongoing communication and support during business hours
2. Payment Terms
All payments for services are final and non-refundable once the buildout has commenced.
Payment must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule detailed in your service agreement.
Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
Monthly recurring payments for ongoing services can be canceled by providing notice no later than 72 business hours prior to the next billing date.
3. Service Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel ongoing retainers after the initial minimum term by providing written notice at least 72 business hours before the next billing date.
We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your services without refund if:
-- You become disruptive or difficult to work with.
-- You fail to follow program guidelines.
-- You violate any provisions in these Terms or your service agreement.
4. Use of Materials and Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Aventia Marketing are proprietary and for your personal business use only.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, or exploit any of our materials without express written consent.
Unauthorized use of our content may result in termination of services and legal action.
5. Marketing Disclaimer
Aventia Marketing does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from its services, as success depends on various factors beyond our control.
Statements regarding potential earnings or performance are examples only and do not guarantee similar results.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requested.
You must cooperate with our team during the project to ensure a successful outcome.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit and for updating it as needed.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal information, is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability
